The Palliser Economic Partnership is a regional alliance of 19 communities, rural municipalities and Special Areas, representing 107,884 people committed to improving and expanding economic development in Southeast Alberta . Established in 2000, and incorporated in 2001, the Partnership is a not-for-profit company working with Alberta Finance & Enterprise (AFE).

With the " people, space and vision to grow ", our

Vision is "creative and diverse communities growing together in southeast Alberta ".

 

Mission is "to create an environment that encourages regional cooperation and business investment and empowers citizens to achieve their full potential."

 

Mandate is "to assist communities in regional projects and economic development activities which cannot be completed by communities on their own."

We focus on three core areas

Marketing and Communications - promoting Palliser Economic Partnership as an effective regional alliance and as a healthy place to do business.

 

Community Readiness and Regional Cooperation - supporting balanced and sustainable growth in member communities.

 

Encourage Investment and Business - creating wealth to support the quality of life through the promotion of entrepreneurship, facilitation of the growth and expansion of existing business, and business attraction.
