This Workforce Development web-portal acts as a single point of access for both employers and employees (job seekers) in Alberta's Palliser Region. Information has been compiled focusing on the 4-Pillars of workforce development: Inform, Attract, Develop and Retain.

Inform: Providing access to current education, career, workplace and labour market information needed to make informed decisions.

Attract: Promoting immigration and the mobility of skilled and unskilled workers to the Palliser region.

Develop: Educating and training requirements of current and potential workers within the region.

Retain: Promoting workplace attractiveness and retention of skilled and experienced workers already engaged in the region's workforce.
