Brooks Aqueduct National and Provincial Historic Site
spans a 3.2 km valley and consists of a suspended concrete flume twenty metres above the prairie landscape and
today stands as a monument to those pioneers who helped develop the area.
Brooks and District Museum
displays artifacts of the Indians, ranchers, early settlers, and police forces of the Brooks area, and early drilling rig are

The Calgary Stampede Ranch is where much of the rodeo stock for the famous Calgary Stampede is raised.

Cypress Hills Provincial Park is Alberta 's second largest Provincial Park , and part of the much larger Cypress Hills Inter-provincial Park . Dinosaur Provincial Park, a United Nations World Heritage Site, is the largest tract of badlands in Canada . It is home to the Field Station of the Royal Tyrrell Paleontology Museum.There are a variety of rare and endangered plants, animals and habitat, plus one of the most important deposits of dinosaur skeletons and fossilized bones. Paleontologists and students from all over the world come to the park to join the fossil "digs". Camping, hiking and picnic facilities are available. 
The Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre brings visual arts, performing arts and culture under one roof. The museum and gallery houses artifacts of the Plains peoples and first European settlers, with local art works as well as human history and natural science exhibitions. P 403-502-8580 |
