The South East Alberta Workforce Development Strategy is a partnership of business, industry, government, agencies, and community stakeholders working together to find innovative solutions to the current labour marketing pressures. The Strategy's goals are to develop a regional labour force where there are more workers, better-trained and educated people, and more innovative work environments.
