Water Supply
The Village drinking water is obtained from three Artesian wells.  Foremost is also fortunate enough to have an irrigation system, which is designed to provide water for residential lawns and gardens.

Waste Management
Sewage treatment is provided by a series of lagoons.

Garbage is picked up and hauled to the refuse grounds.  A Recycling Trailer is located in the Village, which accepts plastic, paper and metal products.
