Housing in the Town of Oyen is primarily single-dwelling homes, condo and apartments are available.  There are lots available to build your dream home.

Oyen has opened a new subdivision in the south end of town close to many of the recreation facilities – the new swimming pool, the golf course and ball diamonds.  These are large (65 by 110 feet) fully serviced lots including curb and gutter (no sidewalks), and are listed at $35,000.  Contact the Town Office at 403-664-3511 for more information.
