Water Supply
The Town of Redcliff administers the water supply. The source of water is the South Saskatchewan River. The reservoir capacity, measured in treated substance, is 2,250,000 gallons. The pumping capacity is 2 million gallons per day.

Waste Management
Sewage treatment is provided by the Medicine Hat system, which is a lagoon system consisting of 4 anaerobic and 1 aerobic pond.

Residential garbage is collected once weekly, commercial garbage is collected twice weekly, and industrial garbage is collected weekly. Commercial bin type disposal is available.
