Although the region’s hot economy continues to remain strong, the housing market offers many attractive options whether you are looking at building a home, buying a home, or checking out rental accommodations.

Currently there are a few houses for sale in Rosemary but no very many. We also have a new subdivision, called Cottonwood Crescent, that has recently opened and several beautiful new houses are currently being built there. The price of lots is very reasonable.

The Village Office can be contacted at 403.378.4246 to obtain further information regarding Cottonwood Crescent or any other available housing in Rosemary. Roseglen, also located in Rosemary, is a Mobile Home Park with 63 sites several of which are currently available.
