Youngstown is a great place to raise a family. The children won’t have to go far to school as Youngstown School caters children from grade 1 – 12 with a privately run Kindergarten.

For the outdoorsy types we are close to some great fishing holes. Hunting is quite popular. You can hunt geese, ducks, white tail deer, mule deer, and antelope. Moose hunting is just minutes away. Camping sites are close for if you like to fish or just relax on the beach.

During the winter months the curling rink is kept busy with weekly square draw and four curling bonspiels. Summer is baseball time and there is an annual tournament. The following weekend is the annual curling summer bonspiel.
